A query run is one execution of a saved prompt against one AI platform. If you have 10 queries running across 3 platforms, that's 30 runs per cycle. Runs happen on your chosen schedule (daily or hourly) and can also be triggered manually at any time.
You submit 3–5 articles that represent your brand's writing at its best. BrandNav crawls them and extracts a fingerprint: avg sentence length, opening and closing patterns, fragment use, active voice ratio, recurring phrases, and tone signals. Every AI-generated recommendation is then rewritten in that voice. The fingerprint updates over time as the system learns which content patterns correlate with more citations.
